Welcome to Pristine Exteriors. By booking our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These guidelines ensure safety, clarity, and a smooth experience for both you and our team.
1. Booking & Deposits
- A 20% deposit is required for all bookings over $1,000 to secure your job date.
- Deposits are fully transferable if we need to reschedule due to weather or operational reasons.
- Deposits are non-refundable within 48 hours of your scheduled job time (excluding weather-related delays).
2. Payment Terms
- The remaining balance is due on completion of the job unless otherwise stated.
- We accept bank transfer, card, and cash payments.
- Late payment may result in fees or delays in future bookings.
3. Weather Policy
Exterior cleaning is weather-dependent.
- We may need to reschedule work for safety reasons (rain, storms, lightning, high winds).
- No cancellation fees apply if jobs are moved due to weather.
4. Access Requirements
Please ensure:
- All gates are unlocked
- Pets are secured
- Windows and doors are fully closed
- Adequate access to the areas being cleaned
- Water and power supply are available (unless previously arranged)
If access is restricted or unsafe, delays or additional fees may apply.
5. Pre-Existing Damage
We take great care during every job, but we are not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage, deterioration, or structural weaknesses
- Loose paint, oxidisation, or fragile surfaces
- Issues that are exposed by cleaning (e.g., old grout, soft render, loose roof tiles)
Before and after photos may be taken for documentation.
6. Water, Power & Safety
- The customer must provide water access and, where required, power access.
- If neither is available, additional charges may apply for alternative solutions.
- We reserve the right to decline or postpone work if conditions are unsafe.
7. Chemicals & Cleaning Results
- Our soft wash and pressure-washing treatments use safe, high-quality chemicals.
- Some stains (rust, deep oil, tannin, mould in porous surfaces) may not fully be removed.
- Sealing longevity varies depending on surface age, condition, and weather exposure.
8. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Jobs cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled time will forfeit the deposit.
- Jobs cancelled within 24 hours will incur additional fees. If no replacement job is found within this time , 100% of the invoice is to be paid.
- Rescheduling with reasonable notice incurs no fee.
9. Liability
Pristine Exteriors is not liable for:
- Water entering the property due to faulty seals or gaps
- Damage to fragile or unsecured items left outdoors
- Issues caused by old, brittle, or poorly maintained surfaces
All work is covered by our full public liability insurance.
10. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied or notice an issue, please contact us within 48 hours. We will return to inspect and resolve the concern where reasonable.
11. Quote Validity
All quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.
